If you are interested in purchasing a whole or half of protein here is the time of year, we offer certain meats. 

​

   100% Grass fed/ grass finished beef Is sold year-round. We sell our beef as individual cuts within our bundle boxes or you have the ability to purchase a whole, half or quarter. Typically, a whole cow will last a family of four one year. Our beef is dry aged for two to three weeks to give you a more flavorful cut.

Goat and Lamb can be purchased in the fall between August- December. We only sell our goat or lamb as a whole. 

​

Pork deposits will be accepted in September and orders are filled in the late spring. Check out some of our bundles that include bacon, breakfast sausage, chorizo, Italian sausage and more!!!

   Goat Milk and Eggs Sold year-round but we do sale out fast so while these products are available, we recommend ordering right away. 

​

   Our pastured raised chickens are available as a WHOLE during the months of May- October. We offer a variety of different cuts within our bundles.
